Mama Sweat Winter Workout

More Snow?

Yeah, us too.

What else can you do on a snowy day?

This.

All you need is:

1) Sled
2) Handsfree dog leash (or your own way to attach yourself to a sled)
3) Willing child or children (have done this pulling three kids)
4) Mama willing to move!
