Perhaps I live close enough to Lake Wobegon that I can claim my children are above average.
Not only is this original material, but--scouts honor--I had no part in suggesting the theme or subject matter. I love that her message was all hers. Never mind it came on a day she consumed donuts, popsicles, ice cream and smores. Vacation, remember?

Stay Active
To help your body stay active you should exersize, eat heathy and play sports. Don't just sit in front of the T.V. Get up an move. Sports is one way to get started. Every sport you play is one way to live great. No more junk food. You should start eating healthy. Eating fruit and vegetables will help you a lot. To exersice you can run, swim, bike, jump and play. All you have to do is get up and move and stay active.Well, this mom has been inspired to stay active. I hope she did the same for you!
